After 21 weeks - it was indeed a "A Long Road To Ruin! - ha ha ha ha ha.. Congrats to the Foo Fighters. They are this week's number one song on MEGASHUFFLE.com. Madonna and her posse took a tumble to number 10 after spending one week at number one. Vampire Weekend re-enters top 10 territory with "A-Punk". They already had this one at the top of chart for a week. Perhaps they could make it back to number one. Armor for Sleep have checked-in to our top 10 with "Hold The Door". Some of the new songs we are playing beginning this week include the likes of: Busta Rhymes featuring Linkin Park with "We've Made It", Coldplay "Violet Hill", Augustana "Sweet and Low", Saving Abel - Addicted (thanks mystery requester for turning us on to this track), Duffy "Mercy", Ting Tings "Great DJ". THE DONGER NEEDS FOOD ALTERNATIVE MUSIC PROGRAM is our new show highlighting RETRO ALTERNATIVE MUSIC. Everyday @ 11am we kicks the show off with an hour of Early Alternative Favorites. Music from David Bowie, The Ramones, The Cure, New Order, Depeche Mode and a lot of New Wave wonders from the 80's. We dig deep do not just play the top 40 hits.
Then at 12 noon, we continue the DONGER NEEDS FOOD ALTERNATIVE MUSIC PROGRAM with 90's ALTERNATIVE RADIO. This is an hour of Alternative Music that you heard on your radio during the 90s! Pearljam, Sara McLachlan, Nirvana, No Doubt, Smash Mouth, Sublime and more. This show is not just about grunge - we really play a well-rounded mix of 90's Alternative.

NEW MAY 2008! - Introducing our first new flavor of MEGASHUFFLE!. During this MEGASHUFFLE, we play party tracks from 50s to the present day. We play a lot of genres that we USED to play or don't normally play during our regular MEGASHUFFLES. Don't be suprised to hear some Elvis Presley "Hound Dog" mixed with Eminem "Without Me" or Kenny Loggins "Footloose". We mix favorite party tracks from THE 50s to the present day in our MEGASHUFFLE! We are presently airing PARTYTRACK MEGASHUFFLE every Saturday evening from 7pm - 2am Sunday. Grab a party hat and do the Rock Lobster - oh crap i did not just use that reference.
